General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries, and other services of  Hammerix LLC,11769 VALLEY BLVD EL MONTE, CA 91732, USA, telephone: +1 339 565 8559, email: info@sovrantor.com (hereinafter: "Seller"), regarding the online store sovrantor.com and all sub-domains belonging to the domain. Deviating provisions of customers shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing. Individual agreements always take precedence.

  1. The commercial relationship between the seller and the customer shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the consumer’s country of residence, particularly with regard to consumer protection.

  2. The contract language is English. Only the English version of these Terms of Service shall be authoritative.

  3. For disputes, the place of jurisdiction is El Monte, California, USA, if the customer is a business. Otherwise, US courts will have jurisdiction according to applicable law.

  4. We deliver to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Austria.

Contract Content and Conclusion
  1. The Seller offers new goods, mainly kitchen knives and accessories, for sale on sovrantor.com.

  2. For purchases via the online store:

    • Product descriptions are not binding offers. Customers submit binding offers via the online order form.

    • The Seller may accept the offer within 7 days by order confirmation, delivery, or requesting payment. The contract is concluded when the first of these occurs.

Prices, Shipping, Taxes, and Payment

1. Product Pricing

  • All product prices include the product cost and global shipping fees.

  • Local taxes, customs duties, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer.

2. Payment Methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including but not limited to:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Klarna (where applicable)

  • Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer

  • Other regionally available secure payment options

Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer: Payment should be completed within 7 days after contract confirmation.

3. Late Payment

  • If the buyer fails to pay within the agreed timeframe, the seller reserves the right to claim damages or terminate the contract.

4. Invoicing

  • We will issue an invoice either with the shipment or electronically to the customer.

Delivery and Risk
  1. Delivery is to the address provided by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

  2. In-stock items are shipped within 2–3 business days of payment. If out of stock, delivery will be as soon as possible. Delivery times are indicative unless explicitly guaranteed.

  3. Partial delivery is permitted. Additional costs will not be charged.

  4. If delivery fails due to supplier issues beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller will notify the Customer and refund payments. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery or handover to the carrier.

Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of the Seller until all claims arising from the contract are fully settled.

Right of Retention

Customers may only exercise a right of retention if their counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

Warranty
  1. Statutory warranty applies. For business customers:

    • The Seller chooses the type of remedy.

    • Limitation period for defects is 1 year for new goods; used goods are generally excluded.

  2. Improper handling or storage by the Customer invalidates warranty claims.

  3. Defects must be reported within 2 years for new goods, 1 year for used goods.

  4. Liability limitations do not apply to fraud, injury to life, or goods used for building purposes causing defectiveness.

  5. Business customers remain subject to recourse rights under US law.

Transport Damage

Obvious transport damage should be reported immediately to the carrier and the Seller.

Liability
  1. The Seller is fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, limb, health, warranty promises, or mandatory legal liability (e.g., product liability).

  2. For negligent breaches of essential obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical of the contract.

  3. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

Right of Cancellation (Consumers)

Consumers may cancel within 30 days without reason.

  1. Cancellation period: 30 days from delivery.

  2. Personalized or custom items are excluded.

  1. Upon cancellation, all payments including shipping will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

  2. Goods must be returned within 14 days to the Seller. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer. Loss of value only applies if caused by handling beyond inspection.
